Learning is only as effective as the work put into designing the teaching. Joseph Wong’s philosophy of teaching (training) is driven by “real world viewpoints”. Every theory is translated into experiential lessons or scenarios that help learners take something of value away. This philosophy of learning through real world viewpoints means that a lesson today may not be the same as the same lesson half a year down the road because the “real world” perspectives have changed.
