The topics addressed, like money, leadership, decision-making and competition, are fundamental in ensuring that these impressionable children have the necessary skills required to survive in the real world and be responsible for their own success in life. This series is a must-read, not just for children and the youth, but for adults who just need a refresher in the approach to working life.

I have fallen into my own personal fallacy where I think I am too smart and unfortunately that has led to a closed mindset. Again, another key area I need to work on as I relearnt that the role of a good leader is not to be the best at everything but to nurture and bring out the best in everyone around them. Maybe this should be the very first of my priorities and I will make this so.

Three skills/habits to apply back at work - using PREP in communicating points/ideas, creating a problem to put forth the solution that I have, and always think of what value it brings to the recipient to get them interested in what I have to say.

I am reminded to always bear in mind the objectives of any discussion/conversation. Never lose sight of these and I will always meet my objectives.

I learnt how to bring value whenever we present or speak to someone. We need to understand and identify what are the problems and our objective, know our audience and make you bring value to your audience. I also learnt about PREP ( Point, Reason, Examples, and Point) and how to write effective email. 

Learn to tell all kinds of stories to transform an adult’s world into a child’s world to create a lesson for their age group. We need more programmes like this for parents.

I learnt how to engage better with my kids. This programme is very well presented. Great subject matter and very engaging.

This course gives me an eye-opener to many topics that parents can do with their kids to teach them critical thinking.

This is very informative and relevant. I have strongly suggested to all my parent friends that they should attend this course.  

I want to give Mr Joseph Wong the credit he deserves. He has made a difference in my life after attending his class. He is very approachable, patient, humble and is open to good suggestions. He accepts feedbacks readily and positively. Constantly on the lookout to improve his teaching materials so that students will benefit unreservedly.

The game was fun. Instead of just listening to how to apply phonetics, the game teaches me to apply what I have learnt because of the questions posed in the game.

Games make the learning fun. It is interactive and the lessons come alive. Plus you play the game with your teammates, so there’s team cohesion.  

It's amazing how much Joseph can cover in 8 hours. Well-paced and full of activities to learn. I have learned much through the exercises. Had an enjoyable time.  

Joseph is a great teacher who teaches from his heart. I have learned much from him. One month after attending his workshop, I have begun to teach how to speak well at the OrangeTee Toastmasters Club!  

This class has made me discovered about importance of creativity and being able to connect the dots. For example, what I thought is quite straight forward on the data may not resonate with others so it is important to use the story to evoke their emotions, agreement from stakeholders.
