Starting Right is a 90-minute precursor to the leadership journey. It describes:
- What leaderships means in different vocations
- Aspects and expectations of leadership we never learnt in textbooks
- What leadership is and isn’t about in organisations and teams
- Why leadership is a state of mind

- The top 9 leadership skills everyone must possess
Strengthening the Fundamentals is a 3-hour workshop that highlights and practises the key leadership skills need to start this journey right. You are encouraged to complete “Starting Right” before embarking on this phase. In this phase, you will learn:
- How to turn the key leadership skills into action
- Lessons from prominent case studies and focused group work
- How to present good news and bad news like a leader

Are leaders born or made? This journey aims to bring out the learning and natural aspects of each learner.
Achieving Competency is a 3-hour workshop aimed at assessing the state of leadership readiness of each learner, ie. how ready are you to take on a leadership role? You are encouraged to complete “Strengthening the Fundamentals” before embarking on this phase. In this phase, you will learn:
- The qualities that determine if you are leader material
- How leaders think and plan
- The 6 Leadership Styles
- How to adopt transformational change
- Executive presence (gravitas)

Stepping Up Mastery is a one-on-one (private) coaching and mentoring programme that focuses on specific improvement goals identified and agreed with the incumbent. This is especially effective if you are preparing for a new leadership role or when there’s a change in the leadership of your organisation that focuses on areas of leadership you are not strong at.
Stepping Up Mastery allows you to spend the requisite time on the identified specific skills or habits that you want/need to work more on. If you are not afraid to be rigorously trained or challenged, Joseph will ensure you get the most effective coaching you need to get you to your desired leadership level.
The place and duration of this session are negotiable but minimally 8-12 hours. Joseph will conduct a screening interview to determine the minimum duration. If Joseph is needed to travel, please add the travel and accommodation costs into the stated fee.
